The dock area has tons of room to relax and kick back by the water and tie up your boat. House is equipped with an upper and lower living room to enjoy the view from every direction. Full kitchen equipped with all of the necessary appliances and equipment. Upper level also has a bedroom with a queen bed and a fully renovated full bath. Lower level has a bedroom with queen bed and bunkbeds, living room, and full bath with laundry. This home is nestled in quaint Port Bay with panoramic water views. Renovations include HVAC, ceiling fans, flooring, windows, paint, full-size washer/dryer, & mostly new furniture.
