This space is a quirky 1 bedroom, 1 bath garden level loft with much of its original character preserved. My apartment is located on the 6 floor with a gated elevator which sometimes does not work so if you can not walk to the sixth floor, this might not be for you. with only a block walk to little Caesars Areana and free parking.
