Perfectly located cabin central to key areas. You are 12 mi from Boone, 8 mi from Sugar Mountain, 10 mi to Banner Elk, 15 mi to Beech Mountain, 13 mi to Grandfather Mountain, and 13 mi to Blowing Rock. The cabin has 3 levels with a Bathroom on each level. It has a grand feel when you first walk in and you see the floor to ceiling stone fireplace. The loft has a seating area with couch, TV, and some kids toys. The bottom floor has a game room with TV lounge, pool table, and arcade games. Entire home We live in Wilmington, NC. We do have support in the area for emergencies. You can also message or call me. Bear Pause Cabin is a gorgeous log cabin nestled in The Lakes Community in Seven Devils. This location is supreme as it is centrally located between Boone, Banner Elk, Sugar Mtn., Beech Mtn, Appalachian State University and Blowing Rock. Our cabin overlooks the lake and forestry. Parking for up to 3 vehicles in front of the cabin. During wintry weather 4WD or AWD are required. 4WD or AWD is necessary when snow and/or ice is on the ground. In the winter season I recommend making arrangements to travel with 4WD or AWD regardless of weather forecast.

Lakefront home on Boone Lake! Enjoy the view from the private, amazing covered back deck that stretches the entire length of the home. Swim and relax from your own private dock. Home is on a main channel of the lake and has water views all year long (TVA begins lowering lake in Sept). Close to Johnson City, 20 minutes Bristol Speedway, 40 minutes to Roan Mountain and the AT! It is 1 and 1/2 hours to the Smokies for a day trip or to Asheville NC. DOG friendly upon approval/ pet fee MUST be paid

Nana's Lake front house w/ hot tub

Welcome to Nana's Lake House 2 bed, 2 Bath - w/ additional pull out couch and three twin size mattresses. Full wrap around porch that includes, hot tub w/ a view - PitBoss Smoker & Gas Grill. Plenty of lounge chairs to sit and hangout by the lake with a gas fire pit! Bottom deck by the lake to sit out and tan, enjoy dinner and some drinks. Covered dock, bring your own boat or Jet-ski. Two jet-ski slips are available as well. Feel free to bring your own kayak, paddle board, & fishing poles.

This house is a cool older cabin that has some updates but maintains a nostalgic feel. Brand new HVAC throughout. It has a large screened porch, firepit, wood burning fire place and includes access to the community dock. The house is 3 bedrooms, but has a large loft with a queen bed and 4 twin beds. Can sleep 10 or more. It is a (relatively) short walk down to the lake and community dock. Very close to Sugar Hollow Retreat. Close to Villa Nove Vineyards, Watauga Lake Winery.
