Yes, we are open after the hurricane. The loft is separate from our house, privacy assured. Enjoy our friendly chickens, walk in our gardens. Harvest fresh herbs. 12 minutes from Boone. 15 minutes to ASU. Cozy, modern. Fast Internet. Pet free space. Adults only +(infants under 7 mo. Stocked kitchen. If you cook, we ask you to clean up too, and leave the kitchen as you found it. Views of Snake mountain, famous for hang gliding. Trout fishing & 3 nearby ski slopes. All 30 minutes from loft.

Enjoy your stay at our lakeview tiny house retreat. With access to a dock for fishing, paddle boarding, and kayaking your itch for water adventure will be thoroughly scratched! When you’re done with water fun come up and lounge by the fire pit, play some horseshoes, cornhole, or just Netflix and chill. The tiny house features a full kitchen and bathroom. Additional amenities include Keurig coffee maker, washer/dryer, outdoor grill and picnic table, hammocks, and outdoor dog kennel.

Welcome to a piece of paradise out in the country! The entire downstairs is yours to enjoy. Guests have separate entrance and completely private backyard. The apartment is completely self-contained and there are 2 acres of woodland going to a small waterfall that the patio overlook. Private and peaceful with healing properties are often the terms used by guests to describe the farm. Come and see for yourself! I want to share with you this beautiful setting so you can rejuvenate!

Watauga River Cottage in Johnson City, TN

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly water front river cottage (Approximately 1,700sf)! Bring your fishing pole and relax! We have Kayaks and life jackets available upon request at no charge (life jackets required!). Enjoy some time on the hammocks by the river or step into the hot tub on the deck over looking the river. Please note we do have a video camera overlooking the driveway as well as overlooking the stairway and river bank below the river cottage.
