This family friendly home is less than 2 miles from Walmart and restaurants. Wifi, Netflix, Starz, Prime video are included with your stay. There is one queen bed, one full bed, a queen size sleeper sofa, & a twin. All of which can accommodate a total of 7 guests. Chipley is located off I-10. It is a 55-minute drive to the beach and a 45-minute drive to Dothan, AL. Falling Waters State Park is 3 miles away. Caverns park 15 miles. No pets & no smoking allowed. Home is sanitized between guests.

Enjoy your morning coffee in our breakfast nook overlooking pristine greenery. Miles of uninterrupted forest create a peaceful surrounding especially when evenings are spent by the firepit. Reclaimed cypress walls create a cozy feel and makes this the perfect home base for your Florida adventures.

The Honey Hole

Welcome to the Honey Hole- a bass slayers dream! Nestled on the edge of White Western Lake, this duplex unit has everything you need to escape the city, all while maintaining proximity to a number of other desirable attractions such as the recreational bliss of Econfina Creek (approx. 12 mi), the white sandy beaches of Panama City Beach (appox. 25 mi), and the otherworldly experience of the Florida Caverns (approx. 50 mi). Guests must be 25+ years of age or minors accompanied by an adult.

Latitude Adjustment

This is a beautiful lake side home with some of the best sunsets in Florida. The home is set up with all the conveniences that you would expect a home to have. You'll come in to an open concept Kitchen, Dining and Living Room. The master bedroom has it's own bath and walk-in closet. Two bedrooms share a full bathroom. A washer and dryer are available. The home also has a Florida room that looks out on the lake (Awesome sunsets!). One of my favorite places is the dock on the lake.

This country home sits on 5 acres with 2 spring fed ponds. Enjoy the great outdoors under the pavilion with picnic tables, a porch swing & grill. There are cards, games & puzzles available for some screen-free time. Since we’re away from the city lights, the night sky is absolutely breathtaking. If you’re looking for privacy and quietness, this is the place to be. * Simple check-out instructions. We just ask that you run the dishwasher & put your trash in the bin.

This is a country escape. The RV offers a king-size foam bed with fresh linens, a washer and dryer for your convenience, and a spacious closet. The kitchenette has a full-size fridge and gas stove. Couch pulls out into a bed that offers extra sleeping space for 2(foam top provided to add extra comfort). Everything you need to enjoy a night or week in the country.
