This family friendly home is less than 2 miles from Walmart and restaurants. Wifi, Netflix, Starz, Prime video are included with your stay. There is one queen bed, one full bed, a queen size sleeper sofa, & a twin. All of which can accommodate a total of 7 guests. Chipley is located off I-10. It is a 55-minute drive to the beach and a 45-minute drive to Dothan, AL. Falling Waters State Park is 3 miles away. Caverns park 15 miles. No pets & no smoking allowed. Home is sanitized between guests.

Gulf, river or secluded forest.. we have it all. Just 20 minutes from Panama City Beach, and 30A. There is a boat launch, and kayak/paddle board park just 2 miles away on the Choctawhatchee River. Enjoy your morning coffee in our breakfast nook overlooking pristine greenery. Miles of uninterrupted forest create a peaceful surrounding especially when evenings are spent by the firepit. Reclaimed cypress walls create a cozy feel and makes this the perfect home base for your Florida adventures.

Latitude Adjustment

This is a beautiful lake side home with some of the best sunsets in Florida. The home is set up with all the conveniences that you would expect a home to have. You'll come in to an open concept Kitchen, Dining and Living Room. The master bedroom has it's own bath and walk-in closet. Two bedrooms share a full bathroom. A washer and dryer are available. The home also has a Florida room that looks out on the lake (Awesome sunsets!). One of my favorite places is the dock on the lake.

This country home sits on 5 acres with 2 spring fed ponds. Enjoy the great outdoors under the pavilion with picnic tables, a porch swing & grill. There are cards, games & puzzles available for some screen-free time. Since we’re away from the city lights, the night sky is absolutely breathtaking. Two bedroom, two baths, fire pit, canoeing and kayaking also available at no extra charge. It is a short 25 minute drive to Panama City Beach and 35 minutes to Santa Rosa/San Destin.
