Medieval themed features include panelled walls, skylight above the bed, and a knight! Facilities include shower, TV, fridge freezer, heating, hob and outside seating. I live in the converted stables, of a Hunting Lodge built in 1896 and have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house is listed, the village is in a conservation area in the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The village has a lovely pub. Great walks over the Dassett Hills. Nearby towns are Banbury, Warwick, Leamington Spa, and Stratford upon Avon. Jaguar Landrover, Gaydon and Aston Martin are 4 miles away. Birmingham and Coventry 30 mins away. Parking available off the road.

A full breakfast can be provided with notice - at a small fee. Ample parking in front of the house and an EV charging point. We are 10 minutes from the M6 junction 3, 5 minutes from Nuneaton station by car/taxi. George Eliot Hospital (5 mins walk). We have two rooms on AirBNB if extra room required.

Stratford 14 miles , Cheltenham 17miles and easy access to the popular villages

In addition to your bedroom and bathroom you can enjoy your own sitting room with large Smart TV and separate breakfast/garden room in this comfortable and cosy Cotswold cottage. ALTHOUGH THE HOST LIVES HERE YOUR PRIVACY IS FULLY RESPECTED. There are several excellent pubs are within easy reach. The village is a haven of peace and quiet but close to the historic towns of Stow on the Wold, Bourton on the Water and Broadway among others. There are also many beautiful walks from the house.

2 Little Orchard is situation in Stanton, one of the prettiest and unspoilt villages in the Cotwolds. The Mount Inn is a 10 minute walk away and has stunning view and wonderful home cooked food. Broadway is just under 3 miles away with more pubs, cafes and shops. Stratford on Avon is the regions cultural centre with its theatre and Shakespearian heritage, and Cheltenham is approx. 11 miles away with excellent shopping, many wonderful restaurants and of course the famous race course

Breakfast snacks, Tea's, coffees's, herbal drinks, water & high speed WiFi are all provided in each room free of charge. Each room has its own fridge too.
