Kitchenette with medium refrigerator, sink, microwave, toaster oven, George Foreman grill, griddle designed to cook anything, and eating utensils. Grill on patio. Beach gear.

This cozy guest cottage has shiplap walls and a warm and inviting interior. It's perfect for a quiet getaway for 1 or 2 people. Located in Pensacola's eclectic East Hill neighborhood and close to downtown, restaurants and shopping. The cottage is best suited for guests over the age of 18 and is not equipped for small children. Please note for your comfort the standard weight capacity for the bedframe is approx 500 lbs. This is an attached apartment connected to the garage’s ours house with three exit/entrances. One is the main entry with your specific code. The second door is dead bolted from your side that leads to the garage you see in the picture. The third is dead bolted on your side and gives you access to the back yard. The security and privacy is much like a hotel room. Note we rarely meet or interact with our guests.
