Located across from the Naval Air Station, where you can watch practicing Blue Angels from the deck and enjoy a beautiful, blue, calm water from the bay. The house is renovated and stocked with brand new appliances and furniture.

This 1400 sq ft home has plenty to offer 4+ guests. Primary has a king bed, and second suite has a full sized bed. The 3rd bedroom has a twin bed, floor space to exercise, & table. Our Cottage is nestled in a quiet lovely neighborhood that shares a scenic Bayou view, with swimming,boat ramp and access to Pensacola bay closest access by boat to the Gulf Of Mexico. Our neighborhood has a scenic 2.5 mile sidewalk walkway winding around the Bayou for guests to enjoy. Once back to the cottage, you can enjoy our large outside patio, outdoor shower, or barbecue grill outback.
