Quiet space in the country

Small addition to our house for out of town guests and family. Private entrance and isn’t connected to the rest of the house from inside, but above the room is our kids' bedroom. It has a little kitchen area with a water boiler microwave and fridge (no freezer). There’s a small bathroom with a shower and a queen bed all in 160 square feet,so a very tiny, tight space :) there’s a little porch area to hang out. We are off the beaten track in the woods. 12 Min to Callaway, right off 185 exit 30, 32

Private entrance with electric fireplace, television, music, Queen size bed, sofa, bar with stools, refrigerator, 2 burners cook surface, microwave, Keurig, toaster, dishes and cookware. Private bath with compost toilet, shower and sink. Access to paddle boat with life jackets available. Fishing rods if you want to try it!

A short drive to Callaway Gardens & Roosevelt Park. Few people even know it exists except the owners whose family has occupied this land since 1835 . An hour South of Atlanta, the cabin is not primitive, it has all the modern convenience sitting on a 20 ac tract with bigger tracts of land adjoining. I have a five person sleep accommodation but if you are a larger family I can make an allowance. It is a very safe area and we are available if you need us.

Unit is private comfortable rustic Studio Apartment with bath, for 1 or 2 ppl - (1 queen bed). Pool out front door! We live in separate log house next door - where 1 bedroom (queen) @ $35 is usually available for ADDITIONAL guests in YOUR party. Brkfst sometimes available for a fee by request.
