Located conveniently in a quiet neighborhood with access to Lake Como and 15 minute drive to lake Geneva, this inviting retreat lends itself to plenty of possibilities for enjoyment. This cozy three-bedroom home is just a short walk to the Lake Como beach and has all of the amenities to make your stay enjoyable including spacious bedrooms, smart TVs, fire pit, hot tub, pool table, foosball and karaoke. HOT TUB is NOT AVAILABLE FOR USE IN JANUARY AND FEBRUARY DUE TO EXTREME WEATHER CONDITION.

-Indulge yourself in a calm, peaceful and breathtaking view of Lake Como. -Our house is less than 20 feet away from the water. -The game room is separated from the main house, so you can play your heart out without interrupting other members who prefer a quiet and peaceful rest. -You can fish off the pier or sail out in our kayaks. -Walk out for ice fishing -We're 10 minutes away from downtown Lake Geneva. Far enough from the noisy crowd yet close enough to have access to everything you need.

Como Lake house with boat and motor included

Because this property is located at the end of Lake Como and at the end of a private road it offers seclusion and intimacy while being only 3 miles from downtown Lake Geneva. The lake is great fishing for largemouth bass as well as northern pike, a 16' 3" foot aluminum fishing boat with a 10 hp motor is available at no extra charge as well as a canoe and 2 kayaks . The pier goes in May 1st and comes out sometime after October 15 otherwise the boats without a motor can be launched from shore.

Camp Wandawega: Side-By-Side Vintage Cabins

This pair of @ 100-year-old basic cabins are tucked into camp overlooking the lake and private beach. The white log cabin sleeps up to 2 in one full bed, the green cabin sleeps up to four (1 full bed, one bunkbed). The bunk beds are not really "adult-sized" and are best for youngsters. The Camp Latrine for these cabins is a short walk away, as are the communal showers. The green cabin has French doors that open up to a deck that leads right down to the private Camp Wandawega beach.
