We're lucky to be surrounded by farmland, countryside, mountains, sea, National Parks, fresh air and birdsong. Just a short 10 minute drive from the popular village of Mapua and 10 minutes from Motueka this artistic, modern, roomy and stylish studio is a perfect getaway. The Studio is located at the rear of our home property, down a private drive, with ample parking.

There are 3 bedrooms; 1 superking size bed, 1 queen size bed, and a trundler bed which pulls out to make 2 single beds. Spacious lounge, 2 bathrooms, garaging for 1 car and 2 parks in front of garage. Large opening door onto the outdoor living area with a BBQ, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and dryer No parties or smoking/vaping on property. 15 mins drive to Richmond, 25 mins to Nelson.

A cute wee cottage for a hideaway. Surrounded by trees and bird life in a peaceful setting. The Motueka River is a 5 min walk. We have a sculpture garden and gallery on site showcasing the work of David Carson and other artists. Free entry to our guests. Karaka Studio on Manuka Island Nelson/Tasman

Karaka studio is on the very edge of the Waimea Inlet with water twenty metres from your front door. Lie in bed and watch the tide come in. We are a private estuary island (Manuka Island) but we have drive on access at all times, 25 minutes to Nelson and Motueka. Rabbit Island beach(4km) and Taste Nelson Cycle Trail is a km from our gate. We are central to vineyards, cafes, 3/4 hour to Abel Tasman National park. We have amazing sea, rural , and mountain views. Total privacy assured.

Stonehaven Cottage

Compact stand alone semi rural country cottage amongst the fruit trees, Wi fi available ,situated 1km from Brightwater & only 15 minutes to Richmond. Close proximity to cycle trails. Suitable for 2 guests with queen size bed, separate kitchen set up for light cooking and bathroom facilities. Own washing machine . Self check in with lockbox. Owners live on property There is a wooden deck with outdoor furniture & bbque. $15 fee will be incurred should an EV be charged at our cottage .

Relax and unwind at this tranquil retreat located on the rural outskirts of Richmond. Located just a 5-minute drive from Brightwater and Rabbit Island, or 10 minutes from Richmond, enjoy convenient access to nearby amenities and outdoor attractions. The unit features one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a kitchen (washing machine), and living space. Hot water and gas cooktop are powered by gas. Price is for one guest only, additional guests $50 per person.
