Our home & 4 yr old fully self-contained cottage is on a 0.9 hectare (2.3 acre) "lifestyle" property in the country but is only 5 mins drive from the University and 4 local schools, our local supermarket, post office and food outlets. We are also 15 mins drive from Hamilton central business district (CBD), the Hospital and Wintec in one direction and the Airport in the other direction. We do NOT charge separate cleaning fees (NB when comparing), offer a 25% discount for 1 week, 35% per month.

The Games Room -Studio

Escape to a haven of entertainment and relaxation in this unique games room. Perfectly situated in a quiet semi-rural Matangi location. Inside the studio you will find a convenient kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven/hobs, toaster and jug. You'll find a pool table for endless entertainment and other card games for friendly competitions. 1km to our local 4 Square you have the ultimate flexibility to self-cater in the comfort of your studio or explore local eateries/attractions.

Cambridge country retreat.

Our modern, comfortable, apartment offers you rest and privacy in a truly magic spot just perfect for a relaxing stay -great place to base yourself to visit local attractions. It's central to many NZ attractions...Lake Karapiro (rowing), Hobbiton (Lord Of The Rings), Avantidrome (cycling), Waitomo Caves,The Arts and much more. You have your own access and a key during your stay. There is good parking. The apartment is self contained and separate from the remainder of the house where we live.

Cosy Cottage Kakaramea

This peaceful hideaway/small farm stay 🐓🐑🐄 is set back off the road (350 meter drive) in rural Waikato, located on the outskirts of Hamilton where pets are welcome. We have AC. We are within a 50min drive of Hobbiton, Glow worm caves, Kiwi House, Bush walks and Raglan and more. The LDS Temple is an 8 min Drive. WIFI, Netflix, Disney plus and air conditioning are available. We also provide basics for breakfast. The additional Queen size couch/bed is only available to groups of 3 or4.

Breathe the fresh country air at this contemporary architecture retreat. On the outside, the home features a sleek industrial aesthetic and a private outdoor bath, while the inside bursts with a boutique design style, neutral greys, and wood accents. The country stay is located down a typical New Zealand country road. Surrounded by dairy farms and kiwi fruit orchards, guests may see farmers about their daily work. Feel free to wave out to them if they drive past in their tractors.

Breakfast supplies provided, with eggs from the free ranging chickens on the property. An easy 5 min drive in to explore Cambridge, and all the area offers.

Waitomo caves 43km's Arapuni 28km's River walks and Maungatautari hiking within 20km's A great stopover between Auckland, Rotorua, Taupo, Tauranga, Hobbiton, Waitomo, Waihou river (Blue Spring) and National Park - Mt Doom, Tongariro crossing, Ohakune and Ruapehu ski fields.

A quiet getaway in the country NO CLEANING FEE Centrally located to many attractions. 10 minutes from Hobbiton, 5 minutes from Lake Karapiro, 15 minutes from Cambridge, 25 minutes to Mystery Creek. Taupo, Rotorua, and both coasts all an easy day trip. We include tea, coffee and milk along with homemade muffins, but don't supply breakfast. The nearest cafe is Shires rest at Hobbiton movie set or there are many in Cambridge and Matamata
