Karapiro Lake View is an 8 year old modern 4 bedroom home overlooking the lake and the international Rowing course. Boat ramp and swimming 200 m away at the end of the street, and the rowing course and cafe are 5 minutes walk just the other side of the Karapiro dam. 2 canoes, paddles and lifejackets, sunny outdoor decks, BBQ and fantastic views make this a special place to relax. Also a concept 2 rowing machine, and 2 bicycles. 1.5 hrs from AKL Airport - perfect after an international flight

Our home is 5 mins drive to the city centre, close to the hospital, Hamilton Garden, Waikato River and the lake. The main house is situated at the back via a private right of way, it gives our guest privacy plus a large outdoor deck facing the garden for your rest & enjoyment. Cleaning is one of our top priority. All surfaces will be sanitised, bathroom and toilet washed. We will change all duvet covers, fitted sheets, pillow cases and towels every time before the arrival of our new guests.

(The bunks are rated for a max weight of 85kg each) .There is a fully functional kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, 4 plate cooktop and small microwave. There is air conditioning in the living room.
