Josie and Neil welcome you to Hetherington Downs, their quiet 42 acre North Waikato rural property, set well away from the road & with magnificent views over Lake Waahi and beyond It is a 10m x 3m self contained Compac cabin with a 10m x 3m deck Wifi has only recently been connected to the cabin There is no TV It is most suitable for a couple, but also has a pull out sofa bed (& folding mattress) for your use if required The cabin was new in June 2017 and has now been set up for Airbnb guests

The Potter’s Pad is a gorgeous, private tiny home in the foothills of Pirongia Mountain, with stunning countryside views in every direction The perfect place to experience off grid living but with all the luxuries. Beautifully furnished and full of unique handmade pottery, relax in our hammock chairs and soak up the sunset by the outdoor fire pit Talk to the horses while you listen to the nearby stream and birdlife instead of traffic, although only a two minute drive in to Pirongia Village

Welcome to our private romantic getaway at Hereford Cottage. Located in Whakatiwai, north of Kaiaua with a backdrop of the Hunua ranges. We absolutely love living here and thought we would like to share one of our favourite places with others. We offer a beautiful one-bedroom cottage with a lovely outdoor wood fire tub and a romantic little area with a firepit, nestled in a natural setting with views of a stream, native bush and native birds. A place to relax and get away from it all, nearby Nikau Caves and Cafe, Port Waikato surf beach and Harkers Resrve for Bush Walks ,We now have aircon and wifi. We do have a couple of dogs who like to greet guests in the morning with a bark but it doesn’t go on for long and not every morning
