A very comfortable space with a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with a luxury walk-in shower. Your own balcony facing S.W. Leather sofa to watch Smart tv with Netflix/Amazon Prime included that you can watch from the sofa or spin to watch in bed. Kitchen area, toaster, kettle, fridge, microwave and cafetiere.

Located adjacent to a stream, Birdsong is a place to connect with nature. Across the stream is a flood plain and view towards woods which attract an abundance of birdlife. Steps at the edge of our garden lead down to Birdsong & a secluded courtyard with fire pit. It truly is the perfect escape from it all which seems hard to believe when, only a stroll away, you’ll find grocery shops, restaurants, pubs and ever popular Camel Trail and bike hire to cycle to Padstow or inland.

The Lugger is a stunning property completed in 2023. Situated up a private bumpy lane, once through the gates you will be free from the hustle and bustle and a lovely quiet space awaits you with off road parking and a sunny patio. It is located at the bottom of our garden, but has separate pedestrian and vehicular access. Only a 5 minute walk into Wadebridge and Camel Trail, the town boasts some lovely independent shops, restaurants, bars and bike hire.
