You can enjoy your coffee or drinks on the front porch and watch the world go by or walk the short 2 blocks to the center of the historic downtown area in Mount Dora at Donnelly & 5th Avenue. The downtown area has wonderful shopping and a variety of restaurants, all steps away from beautiful Lake Dora. The house sleeps up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms.

It is - 6 minutes to a grocery store, - 12 minutes to Rock Springs or Wekiva Springs, - 15 minutes to the Lake Apopka Wildlife Drive and - 30 to 45 minutes to the major theme parks, depending on traffic, - 4 minute bike ride to the West Orange Trail which runs for 22 miles. We are family oriented and have a pull out couch for the kids and a large fenced in yard so your pets can frolic. Use the grill and sit in the gardens. Soak in the hot tub. Take the bicycles and discover the town. Use the kayaks, beach umbrellas/chairs, and fishing equipment and take advantage of our beautiful outdoors

Florida room allows you to observe nature and is a perfect spot for your coffee. The house has one master bedroom (king size bed) with attached full bathroom. It has a second bedroom with two built-in beds (twin and full size). There is a separate shower room and a separate restroom. Upstairs it has a 3rd bedroom with 2 built in twin beds and a 1/2 bathroom.
