Our open and spacious home is located in peaceful and quiet Old Beach. It sleeps 12 people comfortably. It is 3 blocks to the oceanfront beach and walking distance to the convention center, an upscale supermarket, restaurants, Museum of Contemporary Art, skate board park, and all the fun activities of the boardwalk offers. The Convention Center is 4 blocks away. There is private parking for 4 vehicles. There is a beautiful backyard for outside dinners with a large fenced in private yard.

Brand new construction located exactly one block from the beautiful Chesapeake Bay at East Beach in Oceanview! Easy drive to the Naval Bases. This 3 story town-home (similar to a Duplex House) is the perfect getaway to enjoy a day at the beach! Only 5 minutes walk to the Oceanfront Boardwalk, you can enjoy an evening walk or have dinner at one of hundreds of restaurants in the area. First master bedroom and 2 other rooms are at second floor. Second master bedroom is third floor. Also we provide key less entry for all door inside, outside the house. Beach chair, grill, etc.... also available for you during the time you stay.

1. Your family beach house is only one block away from the beach of Chesapeake Bay! A well known Mexican restaurant is right cross the street. 2. Self check in time is 4 pm. The access code for the smart lock will be send through app message once you make the reservation. You can press the ‘Yale’ button, the numbers will light up; and press the code with green “check” mark. It’ll be valid during the time of stay.
