Här har du allt du behöver för ett kortare boende. Lägenheten ligger centralt på Limhamn nära till Malmö Arena (ca 4 km) och till Malmö city (ca 5 km). Här finns en dubbelsäng, en soffa, ett litet matrumsbord, pentry med kylskåp, spis med två plattor, ugn samt mikrovågsugn. I badrummet finns toalett, handfat, dusch och tvättmaskin. I lägenheten finns också en öppen spis. Det är dock inte tillåtet att elda i den men lite stämningsfulla ljus går bra att tända. Fritt Internet och stort TV-utbud.

Välkomna till ett nyrenoverat boende med väldigt bra kommunikationer till centrala Malmö och Köpenhamn. På få kvadratmeter har vi skapat ett smart och modernt compact living där vi tagit vara på varje kvadratmeter. Här finns möjlighet att ta promenader i lantlig miljö eller bara ta det lugnt på den privata uteplatsen (40 m2) med egen bubbelpool. Boendet - Hyllie station (där Emporia köpcentrum ligger) tar det 12 minuter med buss. Hyllie station - Köpenhamn centrum tar det 28 min med tåg.

We welcome you to live on this soon to be 200 year old farm. Renovated in 2018. This 2 bedroom apartment offers a cosy getaway with a perfect view of the typical southern landscape. The apartment is located in a separate building next to the farmhouse and you park just outside the door. The apartment is fully equipped, about 65 square meters with a big associated terrace. Enjoy the countryside, and just 15-20 minutes away many beautiful beaches like Skanör-Falsterbo, Ljunghusen, Kämpinge.

Promenadstråk längs havet med utsikt över Öresundsbron, stora grönytor och lekplats finns på bara några minuters gångavstånd. Cykelavstånd till härliga stränder. Bussen tar dig snabbt till Hyllie, Malmö och Köpenhamn.

Välkommen till min skånegård, vackert belägen på landet, men bara ett stenkast från stadens brus. En trappa upp hittar du denna mysiga lägenhet med ett sovrum och ett allrum med integrerat kök. Från sovrummet når du den stora, härliga takterrassen med en sagolik utsikt ut över den skånska slätten och med Öresundsbron skymtande längst bort. På morgonen väcks ni av hästarnas gnäggande när det är dags för deras morgonhö. Kanske kommer lilla katten, Kerstin, och säger hej.

A two-storey house with open plan living. The house is located in old Limhamn near the sea, in a very pleasant area in Malmö. Close to restaurants, shops and marina. Lovely beaches and swimming in easy walking distance. Guests have access to their own patio with garden furniture and barbecue. You easily reach Malmö city center in 15 minutes by bus or bicycle. You can also easily and quickly reach Copenhagen by train from Hyllie station which is 5 km from our house.
