House built in granite, with three bedrooms, a kitchen, une living room, one bathroom fully furnished, a garden and open space with barbecue. Feel free to enjoy your stay. Enjoy the nature and relax! The urban area is really nera the house and you can enjoy the lovely food in soem restaurants or just enjoy the natural landscape by wlaking around or just enjoy a nice drink in one of the river-fronts. Public transportations are not the best, but you can visit some of the surrounding towns if you are good in making plans... This is my home. I reconstructed it myself. It's full of love...

Beautiful country house

Modern country house with large garden and animal backyard ideal for a break from the city movement. The coldest days invite to a evening by the fireplace where you can get cosy and watch the fire dance as the wood burns. It is a quiet place with a good neighborhood. The historic center of Viana do Castelo is a 10 minutes drive as well as several beaches such as Cabedelo beach, where you can practice various water sports such as surfing, windsurfing or paddle. Five minutes from supermarkets.

A Casa do Álvaro da Carreira é uma casa rústica inserida numa quinta rural com mais de 2000 m2 no vale do Âncora. A casa foi restaurada recentemente e tem capacidade máxima para 4 pessoas tendo 1 quarto com cama de casal, uma sala com cama individual dupla, um quarto de banho, um salão/cozinha equipada e um terraço. Encontra-se no meio do campo, junto à serra, ao rio e à praia. O local é muito tranquilo com sol, terraço, vista de campo, mobiliário de jardim, Wi-fi e estacionamento acessível.

Casa antigua de mis abuelos recién restaurada , aldea tranquila a 6 km del centro de Viana do Castelo y las playas . café , pastelería ,y minimecado dónde comprar lo necesario todo al rededor de la casa de 2 a 5 minutos a pie . La propiedad está totalmente cerrada y aislada del camino hay mucho terreno de cultivo que se ocupan mis padres sitio para descansar y estar en la naturaleza hay una zona de barbacoa y terraza exterior . ( todos los ocupantes deben estar registrados en airbnb . )

A few metres from the banks of the river Coura and the Azenhas river beach, in Vilar de Mouros, there is a centuries-old farmhouse surrounded by stone walls: Quinta da Cavada. Built almost two centuries ago in the granite stone of the region, it was a farmhouse, surrounded by farmland and fruit trees. It was completely renovated in the 1990s, with the wise hand of an architect who knew how to preserve all the ancestral characteristics but endowed it with the amenities necessary for today.

The outdoor space is all-gardened with flower beds, in an extension of 2000 m2. The private garden area of this house is 100 m2 with sunny and shadow spots and garden furniture. 3 km away is the Caminha with terraces and restaurants, known for its natural beauty and local gastronomy. Beautiful beaches, rivers, water-mill, and mountains to explore.

O acesso é feito (nos últimos 500m) por caminho em terra e é necessário estar atento as indicações que lhe fornecemos para que não se perca.
