Veslebui is a cosy little mountain cabin, perfect for those looking for a simple and authentic mountain experience. The cabin has electricity, a practical kitchenette and fantastic views of Lake Tyin, which can be enjoyed directly from both the dining area and the living space. The cabin combines dining, seating and sleeping areas in one open room. It accommodates up to 3 guests, but is most comfortable for 2 adults or a small family. The kitchenette is equipped for simple meal preparation and includes a hot plate, kettle, refrigerator and essential cooking equipment. Please note that there is no running water in the cabin. Bathrooms, toilets, showers and dishwashing facilities are available in our shared service building, located just 50 metres from the cabin. Duvets and pillows are provided. Guests may bring their own bed linen or rent it for NOK 150 per person. Veslebui is located above the tree line, surrounded by open mountain landscapes, spectacular views, fresh mountain air and excellent hiking opportunities right outside the door.

You'll love the place in quiet surroundings and wild nature, the view, the large outdoor areas with direct access to the river. Two canoes & one boat included, ready for taking you out for fishing or just for an adventure up the river. An hour drive from the house you wil reach the nearest mountains to Oslo, Vikerfjell, a great place for hiking and biking.

The WonderInn Riverside - Cabin Koti

Koti is Finnish for home - after a night here, it makes sense. On the Huser Gård estate (1760), this mirrored cabin sits on the riverbank, reflecting sky and water until it dissolves into the landscape. Floor-to-ceiling glass, double bed, private infinity jacuzzi facing the river. No running water inside - shower, toilet, sauna in the barn 50m away, 1-min walk. Free 1-hr sauna included; river's there for a cold plunge. Alpacas, ponies outside. Canoe, bikes free. Pets welcome.

Homey and well equipped cottage with sauna

The Lerbukta Cottage is located in undisturbed, idyllic and peaceful surroundings. The Halden watercourse is floating past, and the distance to the lake Ara is just about 30 metres. The cabin is well equipped and has a large sitting room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a tiled bathroom with shower, toilet and a washing machine. There is underfloor heating in the bathroom. The sauna is in the side building. The cabin has WiFi.
