Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers & boaters with the dock and river access. A peaceful neighborhood to walk or bike. Bring your fishing pole and sit out on the dock to fish or watch the fish jump or the manatees or the occasional dolphin!

We are located within a wildlife preserve 4 miles south of historic Melbourne Beach and 9 miles North of Sebastian Inlet State Park. 12% County and State tourist taxes.

This home offers park like setting with views of very special birds, Osprey, Great Blue Heron, and Sandhill Cranes.
