This entire home has all the updates for you to relax and reenergize after a day filled with activities. Use the spacious kitchen to prepare dinner and then enjoy eating on the patio with fantastic views of Split Mountain. Trailer, RV, boat parking is also available on the property. Take advantage of a shed to store bikes, SUPs, etc. Property is located in front of a farm - enjoy the feel of space and freedom. At harvest time help yourself to the some apricots and apples from the orchard.

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with parking for even the largest of vehicles with trailers on property or street. You will enjoy a family sized propane bbq grill. There is even a fun play area in the fenced in backyard with a slide, swings and a sand box for the kids! Patio furniture in the backyard for relaxing after a long day. Well stocked kitchen with all the things you would have in your own home.

Our property borders the gorgeous Vernal Temple, in fact it’s literally in our backyard, which provides a breathtaking view. We're also right next to Main Street, so you'll never be far from the action!

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. We are right next to the Conference Center and directly across the street from the Western Park. We are within walking distance to both of those locations including restaurants, Main Street, the Dinosaur Museum, and just a couple blocks from the Recreation Center. Hitching Post

The Hitching Post is a private 2 bedroom barn house is the perfect place to kick off your boots and enjoy our porch swing or take a relaxing bath in the deep soaker tub. Private entrance. Conveniently located near the Rod and Gun Club, recreational trails, lakes, and more. We also offer horse stalls. THIS IS A NON PET PROPERTY. We offer other units for service animals - but we are trying to keep this completely pet free for guests with allergies.

Quiet residential neighboorhood. Situated in downtown Vernal. Both on and off street parking. Two large shade trees in the fully fenced back yard. Old fashioned tire swing. Covered patio with table and chairs. Two chain link dog kennels. A new furnace and central air conditioning unit were installed. The basement stays comfortably cool as most basements do. New mattresses were placed on all six beds on April 1, 2023.
