Gjuhadol street is one of the most famous streets in the town. The property is a 5-minute walk from the National Museum of Marubi Photography and 5 minutes from the Catholic Cathedral of St. Stephen, known as the Great Church. The Ebu Beker mosque is only 7 minutes from the house.

The house is old but reconstructed in the years 2002-2008. It has architectural value since it has been preserved without damage because reconstruction interventions are done with care. The house is undependable and has two rooms on the ground floor one of which has and wood-fired chimney and a small bathroom.The distance from the towns of Shkodra and Lezha is about 23 km. In the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom that offers all the services.
