For all shopping addicted: in few minutes you can reach Via Cola di Rienzo, one of Rome’s most famous streets for shopping! If you want to move with the subway, with only few stops you will reach Piazza del Popolo, Piazza di Spagna, where you will see the amazing Trinità dei Monti steps; then, at the Barberini stop, you will find the Trevi Fountain and at the Repubblica stop, the famous Teatro dell’Opera. Camera matrimoniale con bagno privato adiacente alla stanza. La camera dispone di arredamenti nuovi,riscaldamento,balconcino,TV,frigobar e wi-fi,contornato da ammirevoli e caratteristici pavimenti originali a veneziana e soffitti in travi di gesso tipici delle case romane di un tempo.

You will have a comfortable room with a double bed, private bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower. You can enjoy a drink on your small, exclusive-use balcony. You will have free wi-fi, smart TV and air conditioning. The B&B is located on the first floor of a building with a lift. Breakfast is included with packaged products and drinks (according to regional B&B law).

From my B&B you have a stunning view of St.Peter's dome! There is a very comfortable double bed & private bathroom. There are also two cats, Wolfie and LolaLola, lurking in the rest of the apartment. With a 7 minute walk you get to the Vatican, and in 15 to the center. Check in before 10pm, please :). I am a registered B&B with the local authorities – QA/2021/12704.

We are in the characteristic Flaminio neighbourhood, very close to Piazza del Popolo, Villa Borghese, San Pietro and also at a stone’s throw from the river Tiber. Nearby there is a fruit and vegetable market, lots of shops and a variety of local restaurants and cafes.
