Private beach cabin, Vashon Island

Some say the cabin has a nautical feel with galley kitchen, wood paneling and brass light fixtures. In the bathroom, copper pipes become towel racks. Outside there are deck chairs and more by the water along with a meditation maze made from beach stones. The lighthouse is a short beach walk away. The reading and writing room, across the path, is a refuge for solitary study or work. Enjoy the water, marine life and birds here where each season brings new joy and sometimes, excitement.

Nestled between city and nature, Pt Defiance Quarters overlooks the Puget Sound at the entrance to 5 mile drive. Enjoy coffee on the covered porch while watching the ferry come in! Unwind in this bright, spacious studio, sleeping in the cozy, queen size bed. Less than a mile away you’ll find the Pt Ruston waterfront – enjoy a movie, eat, shop, play. An even shorter walk in the other direction will take you to our award winning zoo, beautiful rose and dahlia gardens, and peaceful duck pond.

We use CDC guidelines as close as possible & leave 48+ hours between guests for your/our safety. Enjoy our secluded park like setting, comfy bed, sauna, homemade bread/jam, huge cedar trees, sitting areas, golf chipping, horseshoes (seasonal). Close to SEA via ferry ride from Bainbridge Is. (30 min. drive) or 10 min. to Kingston ferries (walk-on or car). Near beach, golf (White Horse GC) & miles of hiking/biking trails, close to shopping & restaurants. Good for couples/singles. You'll love it's dedicated driveway parking spot and it's proximity to the RapidRide bus line to downtown Seattle and the stadiums. Perfect for World Cup visitors. Enjoy a private patio entry, the washer/dryer, kitchenette, and big bathroom - everything you need for a longer stay. Side bonus: The Garage is powered by solar panels.

Wake up to spectacular views of Puget Sound and Mt. Rainier from this 700 sf, 2-story, chic and comfortable cottage on a 40 acre waterfront estate property. The southern exposure beach ( 1000ft of private beach) is the ideal for strolling, beach combing, and relaxing. A fire pit, propane bbq, hammocks, and lounge chairs awaits for outdoor r & r. Trails through the forest for hiking. Mountain bike trails at Dockton Pk..Your pet is welcome, leashed, with an additional pet fee.

Vashon View Cottage

Bright cozy studio cottage on the north end of Vashon. Puget Sound, Mount Baker and nature views. Newly renovated throughout with large deck to enjoy the outdoor fire pit and water views. Quiet neighborhood within 10-15min walking distance to and from the ferry (note there is an incline as we are on the hill above). Deer, hawks, eagles and more surround the property. Come enjoy a local jewel and experience small island living, just a 20 minute ferry ride away from Seattle!

Come explore beautiful Bainbridge Island and stay in our comfortable guest home. Located 5 miles from the ferry on the Northeast side of the island. This home is a separate dwelling with it's own driveway and private entrance located on our property. The short walk to the beach is about 5 minutes where you can have a beach fire, build a fort or simply relax and enjoy the views of the shipping lanes, Mt. Rainer, herons, eagles, orcas and our neighborhood sea lions.
