Bahari Blue: Family Home with Private Garage

Bahari Blue is a spacious townhouse consisting of three floors and a private underground garage. The house features four bedrooms, two of which are on the upper floor and the other two on the lower floor, providing plenty of privacy and space between the bedroom sets. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with a bunk bed featuring three beds, both equipped with air conditioning. On this same floor, there is a full bathroom with a bathtub. The middle floor houses a spacious living room with a sofa and armchair, as well as a flat-screen TV with full access to Disney+ for your vacation entertainment. The large window in the living room opens to a large terrace of approximately twenty square meters, which features a wooden table for outdoor dining, outdoor furniture including four very comfortable chairs, and a double armchair. At night, it is illuminated with cozy decorative lights, making it ideal for enjoying an evening outdoors. This terrace offers views of the park, is very spacious, and has an awning that covers most of it to block the sun during the hottest hours. Additionally, small gardens add a cozy touch. On the other side, there is a fully equipped and very spacious kitchen with everything needed to cook from breakfast to dinner for up to 8 people. The dining area, located in the kitchen, can accommodate 6 to 8 people. The small utility terrace next to the kitchen offers interior views of the neighbor community and is mainly used for drying clothes, though it is also a pleasant spot for breakfast, especially with the morning sun. Also on this floor, you will find another full bathroom with a shower. Finally, on the upper floor, you will find the master bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, plenty of space, and a half bathroom with a washbasin and shower. Next to it, there is another open bedroom with a single bed.
