My home is located on the 3rd floor of a fully restored historical building -in an area where most buildings are mainly over 100 years old-, which for your convenience and comfort, has an elevator. There are no other neighbours on the same floor. It features a spacious living room with dining and kitchen area with two large street-facing balconies, one bedroom with another small balcony, and a bathroom with bathtub and shower. Two street facing balconies and one window fill the living room and kitchen area with plenty of natural daylight. The comfortable sofa is the ideal place to lounge after a long day out sightseeing. A gracious table in the living room seats 4. In the fully equipped kitchen area you’ll find everything you might need to prepare a quick meal: Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, vitroceramic hob, fridge/freezer, and of course enough kitchenware and tableware. I also provide some basic kitchen condiments such as oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, pepper and some others, and detergent for washing crockery and doing laundry, to avoid you the hassle and cost of this basic shopping. In the bedroom there is a comfy double bed (135x190) to ensure a good night's rest, and a closet with enough room for your clothes. The bathroom, adjacent to the bedroom, features a bathtub with shower and a washing machine. The boiler is of 50 litres so if you have a long shower, hot waters runs and you have to wait 10min to have again hot water. I provide complimentary bath amenities such as hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap. Clean, fresh bed linen and towels are also provided. The WiFi high-Speed Internet connection will make it possible for you to stay connected or get some work done, should you need to. The apartment has also an integrated air conditioning / heating system, to ensure the maximum comfort. If you need a baby cot for your baby, just ask! For a small supplement I might arrange one for you! The cleaning fee refers to the cleaning of the apartment after departure. No cleaning service is offered during the stay. Please ask if you are missing something and I will be delighted to assist with whatever I can. You will have access to the entire home. I’ll try my best to be there, but sometimes it is just not possible due to my job. In these cases, a family friend will welcome you upon arrival and make sure you have everything you need for your stay. Once you complete the reservation, I will also send you a document with some information regarding the apartment, personal insider tips on what to do and visit, and some local restaurant and bars recommendations, to help you make the best out of your stay in Valencia. Also, you will be provided with a map of Valencia upon arrival and will remain reachable by phone or Airbnb e-mail 24/7 during your stay, should you need any help or advice! For example, to go to the beach, you can take Bus Nr. 2 at Gran Vía de Fernando El Católico and would take you less than 30 min. to go to the Las Arenas Beach area.

La Suite es de espacios muy amplios totalmente independiente, es un espacio único, de techos muy altos y recien reformado. Es un alojamiento entero, un espacio de máximo nivel, con acceso totalmente independiente y lo primero que llama la atención son los techos muy altos; se trata de una suite de lujo con una única habitación muy amplia con dos ventanas grandes (desde donde se divisa lateralmente el Mercado Colón) que proporcionan una estancia muy alegre y espaciosa. La única cama es de 180 cm. de ancho y de gran calidad. Junto a la habitación dispone de un baño de lujo de tamaño grande, el otro baño mas pequeño está junto a una amplia cocina-comedor y cerca del acceso a la Suite. Las calidades son de máximo nivel y la decoración es muy alegre y sencilla. La zona recibidor entrada a la suite es amplia y todo tiene su encanto. Los espacios son amplios con tonos claros y alegres. La cocina es de maximo nivel y dispone de todo lo necesario y de unos muebles muy elegantes y modernos. Cuidamos todos los detalles y no queremos os falte nada. En el centro de la cocina hay una mesa rectangular muy amplia. El baño de la cocina es de mucho encanto con tonos especiales y agradables. El baño principal es espectacular, de gran lujo y muy espacioso. La calefacción es de radiadores por gas ciudad y el aire acondicionado frío calor es de gran calidad. Nota informativa Importante. Lavado de ropa del día. Tenemos un servicio de lavandería (lavadora y secadora) incluido en el precio para la ropa diaria que use durante su estancia en dias laborales. Como la lavadora secadora no está dentro de la Suite entonces nosotros nos encargamos del lavado y secado de ropa diaria (este servicio está incluido en el precio). Stroll to the Beach at El Cabañal from a Unique House

This is our retirement house, we will like to move here in the future, but in the meantime, we hope you have a wonderful stay, in Valencia trendy Cabañal. The house is from 1942, we have totally renovated and have divided it into two houses R and M. R house is located in the lower level. As you enter you will find the living-dinning room and the kitchen, they overlook the patio and make it a great place to enjoy. There is a heater on the patio, so you can enjoy it all year round, but we have very few cold days in Valencia. There is an upper floor that you access from the living room, that has three single beds (190x90). There is a small hallway in the living room, that leads to the two bedrooms. The first one has en-suite bathroom, with a shower, and the bed is 160x200. The second bedroom has a queen bed 160x 190. Next to it is the bathroom, which has a bathtub. As you enter the building there is a hallway, there you can find a closet, where you can leave your bags in case that you need an early check-in or late checkout. Also, you can find the drier and a washing machine. If you need any special service please let us know and we will try our best. The house is in the neighborhood of El Cabañal, a seaside village with restaurants, bars, and markets. It’s close to the beach and port, and only 400 meters from the metro station that has trains which goes directly to the city center and airport.
