Sleeps six in three bedrooms, with a spacious sitting room, farmhouse kitchen/diner, private garden and free parking.

It is in the grounds of a converted barn with shops and pubs nearby offering evening options. Or the TV and broadband will enable you to have a cosy night in. The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - it’s now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe. The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to London Paddington.

Shepherd's Hut -The Nest /The Burrow

Three luxury shepherd's huts are located on the grounds of The Red Lion pub in Northmoor, Oxfordshire. Each hut is equipped with electric heating, a log burner, an en-suite shower room, ultrafast WiFi, a smart TV, perfect for a long weekend away from it all. The Red Lion is a beautiful 17th-century country inn with oak beams and cosy fires set in an acre of countryside, providing excellent home-cooked food, fine wines, beer and cider. Your booking includes a full English breakfast.

This is a charming, open plan, self-contained studio in a quiet location in a beautiful Oxfordshire village. It boasts a work station, furnished with ultrafast 300mb/s broadband, a table with 2 chairs, a home cinema (with screen and projector including Netflix and SMART TV), bluetooth HiFi and an exceptionally cosy loft double bed, plus modern kitchenette, bathroom and living area with two-seater sofa. The Apple Store at Kilkenny

A spacious one bedroom annexe with its own kitchen and shower room. Accessed via its own door (mind your head!) a small entrance hall leads into a kitchen area, a shower room and on into a large south facing bedroom with high ceilings and large windows overlooking the front lawn of the main house. Relax on the comfy sofa or enjoy your meals at the dining table. Fully equipped for short or longer stays. A 20 minute walk across the fields to The Farmer's Dog pub.

Retreat to this garden cabin at the end of a long day's sightseeing in Oxford's most friendly community - Florence Park. Just minutes away from the local amenities, the Jolly Post Boys, Flo's Cafe in the beautiful Florence Park, and just a ten minute walk from Iffley lock. Well-connected for local bus services into town. Or rent a scooter to get around. A gentle amble down the river Thames delivers you to the heart of the city and its dreaming spires.

The Guest Cottage at Priory Barn, Alvescot

Beautiful bright self-contained one bed cottage with double bed, fully equipped shower room, fully fitted kitchen (including washing machine/ dishwasher) dining table and chairs. Sitting room has large comfy sofa with TV. Tea, coffee, milk, internet, light breakfast provided There are a number delicious local takeaways who will deliver to this location. Also the local pub provide a collection service from their Covid menu (5 min walk).

Rose Cottage

Rose cottage is in a stunning location in the countryside surrounded by fields just below the ridgeway and 1 mile outside the historic market town of Wantage. It is the perfect starting point for walking, running and biking along the beautiful ridgeway. You will need your own car as there is no public transport nearby but there is plenty of parking outside the house and we can recommend good local taxi companies if necessary.
