This well appointed cottage has three large air-conditioned queen/double bedrooms and a small bedroom with a single bed. Two bathrooms and full kitchen and laundry facilities. The lounge room has reverse cycle air-conditioning, wood heater, Wi-Fi, smart television, stereo and DVD player. A variety of board games and movies are provided. There is a double lockup garage and carport for a trailer or boat. A covered entertainment with barbecue facilities provides a place to unwind after a busy day.

The Treehouse is fully self contained, with a coffee machine and small variety of condiments. A full breakfast is supplied for you to cook in the kitchen or on the BBQ at your leisure. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Situated on the edge of Mount Alford town. Only 1 km from Kooroomba Vineyard and Lavender Farm and the Mount Alford Hotel. The cottage is detached from the home dwelling. It is equipped with all the essentials - comfortable queen bed, microwave, kettle, toaster, small bar fridge, hairdryer, fan, air conditioning, heater etc. There is a space in the shed for a caravan to be stored and plugged into power overnight if needed.

BBQ on deck, Wake to the sounds of nature, and see the amazing night sky.

Set on an acreage on the edge of Warwick with bushland setting. Single carport with plenty of space in our yard for a caravan, trailer or truck. Unfenced, so no pets, sorry. Light breakfast included. We can cater for two, having a queen bed.
