Mit viel Altholz und kleinen liebevollen Details entstand ein einzigartiges Wohnambiente, das in vielen Bereichen an eine Alm erinnert. Hierbei kommt jedoch der gewohnte Komfort nicht zu kurz. Das Erdgeschoß ist für Rollstuhlfahrer und Gehbehinderte geeignet. Eine Feuerschale im Garten und eine Saunahütte sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
