One w/queen size bed and views of the garden.The 2nd has 1 full and 1 twin bed, plus walkout balcony. Each floor has a full bath. This is the coolest little efficiency in downtown Charlottesville. It's really ideal for a couple but there is a single size bunk bed if you're bringing along the third wheel. Although it'll take some climbing so make sure the third wheel isn't too squeaky. This place is great for walking to the mall and not having to drive afterwards. Central to everything around.
