This guest suite used to be the master bedroom of the house, separated to become an independent unit after remodel. It's small but has plenty space for resting, working, dining or enjoy a cup of coffee. The unit has its own entrance at back of the house. The deck overlooks the tranquil green belt. As the house is at the top of the hill, walk to the sidewalk after parking at night, the beautiful Bellevue city light is a scene worth remembering.

Only 15 minutes drive from downtown Redmond while feel like you are in the middle of a forest. The cabin is equipped with a brand new central AC and heating system as well as a wood burning fireplace for your maximum comfort. The cleaning fee includes full treatment and cleaning of the spa amenities.

Small kitchenette (no oven) located 3 blocks North of Rose Hill elementary school with plenty of street parking and close to Microsoft Campus, Downtown Redmond and Downtown Kirkland all within 3 miles of our Rose Hill Kirkland neighborhood. Our air conditioned newly constructed Backyard Bungalow was finished in January 2016. NO PETS OR ANIMALS ALLOWED!!
