Unsere Einliegerwohnung mit separatem Eingang und eigener Terrasse am Oberen Eselsberg liegt fußläufig zur Universität und dem Science Park. Öffentliche Parkplätze befinden sich direkt vor der Wohnung. Mehr oder weniger direkt hinterm Haus ist man im Grünen. Man hat nur wenige Minuten bis zu Bus und Straßenbahn, sowie zum Bäcker und Lebensmittelladen. Den Botanischen Garten erreicht man in 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Zum Legoland sind es 30 Minuten und zum Ravensburger Spielerland 1 Stunde mit dem Auto.

Bügelunterlage und -eisen kann auf Anfrage kostenlos ausgeliehen werden.

Die Bushaltestelle nach Ulm ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt (Buslinie 11 Ringverkehr) in ca. 15 Min.ist man mit dem Auto, mit dem Bus ca. 25 Min. am Ulmer Hbh. Das Legoland Günzburg erreichen Sie in ca. 30 Minuten. Nach Blaubeuren (Blautopf) sind es 15 Min. mit dem Auto. Die Unikliniken Eselsberg sind in 15 Min. mit dem Auto erreichbar.

In the neighborhood (<200m), there are parking garages with >800 parking spaces. University, clinics, and sciencepark can be reached in 15 minutes by public transport.
