Die Hütte hat keinen Parkplatz vor dem Haus und ist nur durch einen kleinen Fussweg zu erreichen: Geparkt werden kann beim KIG gegen Gebühr. Ums Eck die Krimmler Wasserfälle und 3000er der Hohen Tauern, die erobert werden wollen, die längste Rodelbahn am Wildkogel und Skifahren in der Zillertal Arena, alles in der Nähe!

Wilkommen in der Natur! Willkommen am Holzerhof! Die gemütliche 2 Zimmer-Ferienwohnung mit rund 50m2 befindet sich im Erdgeschoss des Bauernhauses. Zu beiden Seiten der Wohnung kann man ins Freie auf die Terrassen gehen und so die Morgen- oder Abendsonne genießen. Im Schlafzimmer kann gerne noch ein Kinderbett hineingestellt werden. Die geräumige Wohnküche ist voll ausgestattet. Das Bauernhaus befindet sich in Alleinlage direkt am Wanderweg und nächtens hört man nur die Grillen zirben.

If you are looking for accommodation that will suit your needs in Ötztal valley, you've come to the right place! Our house with 2 apartments is situated in a wonderful alpine village Umhausen. In 2015 it was completely remodeled changing apartments to be adequately comfortable for both smaller and bigger groups of people and to a place for relax with a view on surrounding mountains. Large garden (800m2) with a playground is a great spot for families with children.

Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen ihrer Gemütlichkeit und Abgeschiedenheit. Es ist der perfekte Ort für Familien, Paare, Biker, Wanderer aber vor allem für Naturliebhaber.
