This historic raised beach cottage was built in 1920. Beautiful, original pine walls and floors. We want you to feel like you are borrowing a friend's beach house. You can feel your shoulders relax when you walk in the door. Ideal location on a quiet residential street, but only 500 steps (1/4 mile) from the beach, pier, or bars and restaurants on the south end of the island. 2nd story front and back porches. House on a corner lot. The view offers amazing people watching.

In search of Southern charm on Tybee Island? Sea Salt Cottage has it. Relax on the back deck or have a BBQ in the enclosed backyard. Convenient to the Lighthouse & North Beach. Golf cart rentals w/in walking distance for cruising around the island. This 3 Bedroom/2 Bath has plenty of space for relaxation after a day at the beach. Fully equipped kitchen with all dishware, dishwasher, washer/dryer, HVAC, ceiling fans throughout, WiFi, & 3 flat screen TVs. Park in front.

Dreamsicle Cottage (1.5 blocks to the beach)

Beautiful cottage in the perfect location. 1.5-2 blocks from the beach, restaurants & shops. Essentials & beach supplies provided. Dog friendly (no pet fee). Super easy check-in. Very large fenced in backyard, deck & the outdoor showers are always a hit! 3 large bedrooms, 1 full bath, 2 half baths, large kitchen w/ essentials, washer/dryer, 2 outdoor enclosed (H/C) showers, lots of free parking, cable, 4 flat screen TVs (2 smart), fast Wi-Fi & charcoal grill.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Peaceful setting and super quiet neighborhood. Enjoy my amazing slice of heaven! Private garden with umbrella, and seating, covered front porch with butterfly garden. 4 blocks to the beach ( sunrise) & 4 blocks to the back river for incredible sunsets and 8 blocks to the downtown district and peir. This is a house split in half, so locked doors between you but noise consideration is appreciated!

This is a honeymooners delight! Small families are welcome too. *During the winter months-the Heated Spa is available, but not the pool. Heated pool option is available after April 1st, 2026 and only if daytime temperature is above 70 degrees. HEATED POOL/SPA OPTION IS $40.00 per DAY EXTRA. Charged at end of stay and only for days that heat is turned on. Per city code maximum number occupancy is 4 adults.
