During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. This 450sq ft. cabin is cute and cozy, It sits quietly on a natural dirt road, overlooking the mountains, trees and lake. Great for family vacations and affordable. Just bring the groceries! Your well-behaved pet is also welcome. The lake is accessed via a short 125-foot walk down to lake access road with shared dock. The dock area is shared with six other households. Located 15 minutes from Silverwood theme park, 20 minutes to Couer d' Alene/Hayden, 35 minutes to Spokane Valley.

Channa Acres: This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom 600 square-foot guest house is an apartment inside a pole-barn building. It is located in the back of our very private forested 8-acre property. There is a covered parking garage, a large patio area with a BBQ, and a fire pit. No charge for pets provided they are well behaved. Always, fresh farm eggs will be provided for you! We are located 13 miles north of Coeur d' Alene, and 10 minutes from Silverwood.

Stoke the fireplace or go fish off the dock in Hauser Lake. Three local eateries are close by (Ember's Pizza, D-Mac's and Curly's Junction) . Make sure to bring your swim suits. Sit in the hot tub while drinking your morning coffee.
