Whomever reserves the bungalow, will need to show a photo ID when they arrive, to prevent fraudulent reservations.

There is a shared, small patio in back. There is some street noise during busier times of the day, but quiet at night.

The lake is quiet, non motorized, perfect for canoeing/paddle boarding. Easy walk to the village and access to bike trails. 1 mile walk to Lake Minnetonka. Dogs require approval - please message about your dog. Interior is updated, exterior gives a rustic cottage feel. There is no dock.
