Pieve di Caminino Historic Farm

Solo per amanti della natura. L'antica fattoria Pieve di Caminino, biologica, è un importante sito storico: ex pieve medievale sorta all'incrocio di due strade romane, ospitò due santi (la chiesa del XII secolo è oggi un museo privato, visitabile dagli ospiti, su appuntamento). Oggi copre 200 ettari di proprietà privata recintata, posta su una collina panoramica. Sette alloggi condividono una tenuta con piscina (stagionale), due laghetti, un uliveto centenario, vigneto e una foresta di sughere.

Podere Collina

Collina è un antico podere di pietra, la casa è circondata da campi e uliveti.Dispone di un ampio giardino con piscina e una terrazza dove poter svolgere piacevoli pranzi e cene. Sono disponibili un barbecue e mobili da giardino. La strada per arrivare alla casa nell'ultimo tratto non è asfaltata e non è quindi adatta per le macchine sportive o particolarmente basse. Il percorso si presta per piacevoli passeggiate di giorno, mentre di notte si consiglia l'uso dell'auto perchè non è illuminato.

Casina Boutique è l’unico immobile della proprietà dedicato all’ospitalità, e da maggio a settembre all’unica coppia di ospiti è riservata la splendida piscina ricavata in un antica vasca in pietra: un privilegio pressoché unico ed introvabile! Casina boutique è un fabbricato indipendente tipico toscano, con pavimento in cotto e tetto a travi, facente parte dell’antica Canonica di Trecciano. Assoluta privacy e splendido giardino, a soli 15 km da Siena nella quiete della Montagnola Senese.

Casa namaste è un piccolo casolare in pietra con interni curatissimi a 1 km dal borgo medievale di Montescudaio La casa è completamente circondata da bosco e querce secolari a 150 metri scorre il fiume Cecina nel giardino di 5000 metri quadrati c'è una sorgente naturale con una grande vasca in pietra per rinfrescarsi e una doccia calda esterna immersa nel verde..abbiamo una linea adsl Vodafone con download 33 e upload 1.4..da questa primavera è inoltre disponibile smart TV e climatizzatore

The villa built entirely of stone gives our guests a relaxing stay in complete privacy but also pleasant excursions in the surroundings and the sea. The pool water is heated IMPORTANT: it is heated in the mid-season periods 28° (May-June) (September-November) IMPORTANT: We are immersed in nature and in the woods so there are flying insects!
