Just north of Canal Lock 1 in Troy, this historic home once belonged to oilcloth maker, banker, and philanthropist Deborah Powers, who for a time back in the 1800's was said to be the richest woman in the USA. Enjoy a stroll on the grounds, a canoe on the river, a bike ride to nearby Peebles Island State Park, Cohoes, Waterford, and Troy.
