Stylish top-floor apartment by the sea in central Tromsø with an impressive view of the Arctic Cathedral, Tromsø Bridge, Cable car, midnight sun and the Northern Lights. Enjoy Hurtigruta sailing in from the sofacorner and hear waves lapping outside. The entrance is part of a glazed terrace with views to the south. The center is a 10-minute walk away. The apartment is open, inviting, and a nice & comfortable place to spend your time. Age limit to rent: minimum 25 years. NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND.

In this place you can stay close to everything. The location is central and has free parking for two cars. The apartment has two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. There is the possibility of extra bed and Travel cot for toddlers. Spacious bathroom with shower and a full kitchen. 15 min. walk to city center 7 min. walk to Telegrafbukta Good bus connections. The apartment was newly renovated in January 2022. We live in the rest of the house ourselves, so parties are not allowed.

Du bor 5 min fra flyplassen, og likevel i naturen. Noen meter fra havet og en elv som renner ut i havet her. Rundt husene kan du oppdage mangel ulike dyr. Rein kommer ofte forbi. Elg kan komme en raskt tur innom. Ellers springer det oter og røyskatt rundt husene. I havet svømmer sel og en sjelden gang delfiner. Et ypperlig sted for å observere Nordlys - og er det vindstille speiler det seg i havet også. Tromsø sentrum- buss, ca 15 min. Sauna kan leies når du bor her- avtales senere .

This house looks like a little cathedral, and lies only a five minutes walk from the centre of Tromsø. Large windows in the front gives a magnificent view of the city, the sea and the Mountains. The house was finished in 2019. We have choosen exclusive materials and design furniture. You’ll see that it’s made by heart. Helga, the host, lives in the house next door, and is readily available. Best view on Fjellheisen, comfortable and hotel feel stay. Hight chance to see the northern light and new year’s fireworks orginized from the city center and Fløyen mountain infront of our house. (attached photos) What makes it even better is the central location of the house. Near by you can find the city center, the famous church and cable car, in addition to restaurants and shopping mall.
