The Mews House is a homely, light & spacious character cottage in the village of Llanishen, Monmouthshire, between the Wye & Usk Valleys, AONB areas. There is a variety of attractions including walks from the property and in the local area, castles, Tintern Abbey, the River Wye, Roman Caerleon, horse riding, cycling & golf. The village pub is open for drinks from Wed to Sun, with a village shop & garage all only 3 minutes walk. There are also 3 more good food pubs each just over 2 miles away.

The Old Shop in English Bicknor, Forest of Dean

The Old Shop is in the agricultural village of English Bicknor within the beautiful Forest of Dean district and the Wye Valley. The iconic Symonds Yat viewpoint is a pleasant walk away from the property through fields and via quiet country lanes. The Old Shop is an ideal base for those wanting to walk, mountain bike, climb, take part in water sports on the River Wye or just relax and explore this beautiful area. Coleford town is close by and there is a lovely local pub in walking distance.

King size bed, in addition option to sleep up to 2 additional people on sofa bed & fold out bed. Mini fridge, kettle, toaster, private entrance to front of property, parking to side. Level 1 EV charging on drive £10 overnight.

Hidden away on the edge of the ancient Forest of Dean, in the beautiful Wye Valley, with a large secluded garden, accessed by a mile long, narrow, single track lane, hanging with ferns in summer. It's is a fabulous place for walkers and town escapees. Once a woodman’s cottage, with a cosy, spacious interior, fully equipped kitchen, log burner, very comfortable beds, all you need for a relaxing break. Not suitable for young children 1-12, the large garden has a pond and steep terracing.

The cabin is suitable for 2 people, open living area with kitchen. Mezzanine level bedroom with a beautiful glass roof for stargazing, en-suite wet room. Private outdoor seating area with fire pit. Welsh cakes, Eggs, milk provided to enjoy in the peaceful countryside. We do not accept Hens/Stags, Parties or Pets.
