Avec la beauté, le silence, l'espace, les oiseaux, les arbres ET aussi toiles d'araignées, poussière, mauvaises herbes et le passage des hirondelles sur les chaises...La vraie campagne appelle des amoureux de la campagne. C'est la vraie campagne, où tout n'est pas parfait, immaculé, mais ou on retrouve la joie de la simplicité et de l'authenticité.

The flat is on the 10th floor, 3-4 mins walk to the Matabiau bus and train stations, 8 mins to Marengo-SNCF metro stop (Line A), 8 mins to Jeanne d'Arc metro stop (Line B). Metered street parking from 9am to 7pm except Sundays and bank holidays, optical fibre wifi. You can cook here, but you cannot smoke, not even on the balcony.
