Welcome to Primrose Studio, a self-contained apartment on a quiet, private drive - just 2 mins walk to the centre of Totnes. Satnav won’t find us - our check in directions will ! Beautifully converted in 2021 - with slate/wooden floors with underfloor heating, wood-burning stove, bathroom with roll-top bath and walk-in shower, and a separate fully-equipped galley-kitchen. The studio has its own front door, with its own parking space right outside. Ideal for couples, we welcome family pets too.

The location is on a hill overlooking Totnes with expansive views towards Dartmoor. It is a 12-15 minute walk into town. The property has off road parking for two cars.

Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. Terraced house in Bridgetown, Totnes

Beautiful terraced house in the heart of quirky Totnes. There is a wood burner in the living room and an aga in the kitchen. Makes for a toasty stay in winter. The house has no outdoor space but literally a two minute walk away is the beautiful Vire Island park which is surrounded by the River Dart. Perfect for lounging around on sunny days when you want to enjoy the buzz and atmosphere of Totnes. My brother and his wife live in the Annexe at the back of the property, in the back yard.

The Cider Barn is in the garden of our home, surrounded by meadows with a river, 2 miles from Totnes, with its cafes, restaurants, bohemian vibes. The cottage has dedicated fibre broadband (100mb). Near Dartmoor and stunning beaches with surf. Private garden, riverside dining, 5 acres of meadows. Next door to great pub. NB We prefer week-long bookings in summer. Car advised!

This private ground floor apartment has been lovingly restored from what was the local Post Office for over 100 years. The olde worlde theme is complemented by luxury finishes such as a bespoke kitchen, new ensuite facility and a warm, snug fireplace.

Ruby Retreat is a unique Shepherd's Hut hand built in larch, cedar and ash by local carpenter, Peter Milner. His skilled design and craftsmanship gives Ruby a very special feeling. She is brand new for 2023. She sits in her own secluded position on a working Devon farm. The views over the glorious Devon hills are truly captivating. There is nothing to distract you from gazing at the fields, hills, woodland and distant church spire (well, maybe some sheep and lambs frolicking).

Cosy 17th century Grade II listed cottage ,Totnes

Having undertaken a major modernisation the cottage retains many historical features . Sleeping 6 in 3 double bedrooms there is a large kitchen diner , sitting room with log burner , bathroom with bath and separate shower and a downstairs cloakroom . The enclosed small garden to the rear offers lovely views and the opportunity to star gaze at night . We allow flexible check in and check out times if there are no bookings either side. One dog is welcome for a small booking fee.

North Barn on the banks of the River Dart

North Barn is an 18th century stone building, bursting with character, set on the banks of the River Dart. Originally a corn collection point, North Barn has been renovated to a beautiful, romantic ‘one-room-living’ self-catering space. The atmosphere is fresh and light, with skylights that make even the dullest of days seem bright. The patio doors open up on to a large deck area overlooking the river from an elevated height thus giving you great views across the River Dart.
