Είναι μία ήσυχη περιοχή, εναρμονισμένη με τη φύση.Υπάρχουν κοντά εστιατόρια,φούρνος,μίνι-μαρκετ και συχνή δημόσια συγκοινωνία.Κατάλληλος χώρος για οικογένειες, αλλά και για όσους επιθυμούν ηρεμία και γαλήνη! Κοντά υπάρχουν πολλές οργανωμένες παραλίες καθώς και η γνωστή παραλία της Παχιά ΄Αμμου. Στην περιοχή υπάρχουν εστιατόρια-ταβέρνες, μινι μαρκετ . Δίπλα από το κτήμα βρίσκεται ένα από τα πολλά παραδοσιακά μονοπάτια του νησιού. Η απόσταση από το λιμάνι της Τήνου είναι περίπου 6 χιλιόμετρα.
