NEW Top Floor in Upscale Riverfront Boutique Inn

Thoughtfully renovated in 2021-23, Room 2 is on the top floor of the building and features original hardwoods in the main room and heated slate floors in the bathroom. The main space is air-conditioned with a king size bed (w/high-quality linens), a kitchenette, a couch and a dining set. Windows on all sides of the rooms, including views of the Nehalem River and Coast Range. Several shared outdoor spaces to enjoy. Can be combined with Room 1 to sleep up to 5 guests. No pets, please.

Measuring in at at 300 square feet, our Queen rooms offer plenty of space for two, appointed generously with a minifridge, microwave, coffee maker and large flatscreen TV. A desk and office chair provide a work area with lots of plug ins for your electronics. For a more vintage entertainment experience, fire up your room's retro record player. And, as you turn in for the night, let your 50s-era "Sleep Mate" lull you to sleep with it's legendary white noise.

Beach Stay - Unit #3 - King Bed

Beach Stay Unit #3 is a comfortable quiet one room plus bath unit decorated with a Flintstone theme & a grass wall. The unit features a king size bed, a TV and an area for making light meals and morning coffee. There is a mini refrigerator, a microwave, and both a small drip coffee pot and a Keurig coffee maker.The bath is small but adequate with a shower stall. The unit is at the rear of the property and features a deck with four steps up to the front door.

With two queen beds and more than 400 square feet of space, our double rooms offer ample room for four. They're appointed generously with a minifridge, microwave, coffee maker and large flatscreen TV. Our new beds feature high-quality sheets atop Serta Perfect Sleeper or Plaza Prime mattresses, and it's all deep cleaned before every check in. Simple, comfortable, and perfectly located, this dog-friendly studio is an ideal home base for exploring the Northern Oregon Coast! At this property one block from downtown Manzanita, you can spend your days strolling on the sandy beach, shopping and dining at local favorites nearby, and taking scenic drives to state parks up and down the coast. Come home to a tranquil setting with a flatscreen TV and cable and free WIFI.

It has a full-size bath with shower & tub and bedroom with queen bed. The unit has a deck with four steps leading to the front door.
