Beautiful grade II listed water mill house on the North Norfolk coast just 15 minutes walk to fashionable Burnham Market and with wonderful walks out to the dunes and sea. The house has a large airy sitting room with a gallery and a log burner and a well equipped kitchen. There are four double bedrooms, two with king size beds, one with adult-size bunk beds and one with twin beds. The gallery has a sofa bed. Get ready for your romantic stay at Bag End Hobbit house. Bag End is located within one mile of the coastal path and central for the beaches of Wells, Holkham and Blakeney point. Our Hobbit house has one full size bedroom and a smaller bedroom for a little hobbit. Up to 2 extra guests can stay in the cosy seperate bedroom hut at £25pp per night. There is a seperate bathroom and washing up area with hot and cold water. The hot tub can be used for an additional charge of £65 per whole stay.

Bakers Yard is our family holiday home in the heart of the village. We are two minutes from the North Norfolk Coastal Path, perfectly located for walking, birdwatching and magnificent beaches. Baker's Yard accommodates up to 8 people, welcomes well-behaved dogs and has a sheltered courtyard garden. Thornham has 3 gastropubs, cafe/delicatessen and sporting facilities. The coastal bus provides easy access to RSPB Titchwell, Wells-next-the Sea and Hunstanton seaside towns.

Our accommodation is self-contained; a living space with two sets of French doors giving views over fields stretching for miles including a wood burner, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven and hob. A bedroom that sleeps two in a super king bed with French doors overlooking fields. A large bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

Ridge Cottage is situated on a quiet private road just 2 mins walk to the beautiful beach at Old Hunstanton and is next door to the well renowned Hunstanton Golf Course. The property offers the perfect base from which to explore all that the North Norfolk Coastline has to offer. There is ample parking at the cottage and many local restaurants and pubs within walking distance. We allow one well behaved dog, as the beach is perfect for dog walking.

The stunning parkland of Holkham Hall is close by and Burnham Market with its superb shops and restaurants is only 5 miles away.

Sandpiper Cottage is located in the beautiful village of Thornham on the north Norfolk coast. The cottage is cozy and ideally located with proximity to nature reserves and beach walks. The property has a beautiful garden leading to a field where children, dogs and grown up can play. Sandpiper is ideal for couples with dogs and small families. It can sleep up to four people and is well equipped for a fun stay, with little hassle.
