Get ready for your Hobbit experience at Bag End in the Shire. Bag End is located within one mile of the coastal path and central for the beaches of Wells, Holkham and Blakeney point. Our Hobbit house has one full size bedroom and a smaller bedroom for a little hobbit. Up to 2 extra guests can stay in the cosy seperate bedroom hut at £25pp per night. There is a seperate bathroom and washing up area with hot and cold water. The hot tub can be used for an additional charge of £65 per whole stay.

It is open plan,spacious & the 2 large bi- fold doors leading into the garden allow light aplenty. 4 bicycles for your amusement. Parking for 3 cars out front.

Bakers Yard is our family holiday home in the heart of the village. We are two minutes from the North Norfolk Coastal Path, perfectly located for walking, birdwatching and magnificent beaches. Baker's Yard accommodates up to 8 people, welcomes well-behaved dogs and has a sheltered courtyard garden. Thornham has 3 gastropubs, cafe/delicatessen and sporting facilities. The coastal bus provides easy access to RSPB Titchwell, Wells-next-the Sea and Hunstanton seaside towns.

St Anne’s is a fun, quirky coastal bungalow perfect for a family getaway. Sleeping 2-6 guests in the main part of the house and a further 4 in the 2 bedroom annex. Situated in the north Norfolk coast in Brancaster Staithe, the cottage is walking distance from the local harbour and sailing club as well as the notorious Jolly Sailors pub. A large and enclosed private garden and inner courtyard with a sheltered west facing patio. There is parking for several cars.

It is in a small group of houses, three minutes’ walk from the Staithe with its sailing club, fishing sheds, ice cream truck, the marshes and coastal path. Sandpiper Cottage is located in the beautiful village of Thornham on the north Norfolk coast. The cottage is cozy and ideally located with proximity to nature reserves and beach walks. The property has a beautiful garden leading to a field where children, dogs and grown up can play. Sandpiper is ideal for couples with dogs and small families. It can sleep up to four people and is well equipped for a fun stay, with little hassle.

A newly renovated stylish, modem semi detached 2 bedroom holiday home. Offers a double room and twin room, both with Smart TVs and a family bathroom upstairs with shower. Downstairs is an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with another smart TV, separate utility/cloakroom and downstairs loo.
