Clacton Pier is about 20 minutes walk away where you’ll also find a good choice of restaurants etc. The cottage has its own private entrance with parking. There are also regular train and bus services.

Further afield and depending on your interests there are many other outstanding places to visit which I'd be only too happy to discuss with you.

The caravan is brand new and sited in the prestigious Sandy Lodge area in June 2021. There are many footpaths to explore straight from the Cottage, with both the River Deben and Newbourne Springs Nature Reserve in easy walking distance.
