Ghost town Ruin

It took my husband nine winters to rebuild the ruin from the miners back in the 40's. It has a 10" memory full size mattress, a light, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, microwave, and an outdoor covered patio area with a refrigerator. It is rustic and special at the same time. It has an electric heater for cool nights and a small AC for warmer ones. We have WiFi on the compound, however, reception in the rock Ruin is iffy at best, reception is in the Patio area of the Ruin and common area,

Experience sunrises, sunsets, silence! No tv! An authentic, one room, earthen “cob house” on 300 private acres, totally off grid, solar powered, with rainwater catchment. Hot outdoor showers under the stars, rock patios, gas stovetop, mini fridge, king size bed, covered parking, WiFi, fire pit. Tootsie the turtle lives here too! Linens, kitchen utensils and towels provided. Only 30 minutes to Big Bend National Park and Terlingua Ghost town, 20 min to Terlingua Ranch Pool and Bad Rabbit Cafe.

Casa de Conejito

The Goat shed @ La Loma del chivo

This artistic structure, once called 'Hostel' and now called 'the goat shed', is made from papercrete and other recycled materials . It is quite comfortable and suitable for up to 3 guests(6 if pairs). If you are looking for a new experience very far from suburbia and get the joke,this is it! Come stay and enjoy the great 'via lactea' from the attached sunset deck. Shared bathroom( only with another single person if it's rented).Don't be afraid to stretch your consciousness here.

Art-Filled Marfa Adobe

Located at the western edge of Marfa, this cozy, unique adobe offers a true Marfa experience, and the best isolation and comfort for you. The house is air conditioned and heated, has wifi and a smart TV. There is one bedroom downstairs with a comfy queen sized bed and one loft bedroom upstairs with a queen sized bed and fun views. Earth House is a private adobe home located within walking distance from all of the restaurants, boutiques, bars, and galleries in Marfa, TX. This is a lovingly curated space for passionate travelers, lovers of design, desert sun chasers, star gazers, and folks looking for the relaxation of a slow West Texas pace. This 1920s traditional structure has been refurbished, yet still maintains its earthen quality that is familiar to Marfa. Small/Medium dogs ok (max 40 lbs).

Blue House, an Off-Grid Sanctuary

The Blue House sleeps 4 in a quiet papercrete abode. Complete with a Queen and a full bed inside in separate rooms, 2 full sized beds outside, solar power, full kitchen, interior bathroom with sink/toilet/shower, chiminea fireplace inside and outside. 500 square feet decorated in Monet style. Wonderful views!
