The house is placed 5 kilometers away from the closest town, Portoscuso. There is a private entrance with relative parking secured by the main gate. The pool is in operation 24/7, laundry and kitchen at the guests disposal. Two bedrooms: the main bedroom with a double bed and a small bedroom with 2 single beds. A large bathroom with 2 basins, toilet bowl, shower, bidet and jacuzzi bath. All the equipment is necessary to cook available in the house. Wi-fi is available. TV and radio available.

Su richiesta bici con cui raggiungere le spiagge in 5 minuti dotate di catena e lucchetto. La casa è adatta per coppie e famiglie con bimbi. Auto necessaria.

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

Comfortable house close to the sea of Porto Pino and handy for the town servicies. Suitable for families of 4 max 5 peaople, is composed by a big bright lunch room well equipped wich is also kitchen and relax room with air conditioned ad internet wifi. The house has a double room with double bed a d another room with two single beds.. Outside there is a big private courtyard, and a nice roofed verandah where to dine outdoor during the summer evenings.

Appartamento di Alberto a Chia

My apartment is located at the entrance to the village of Chia on the first floor. The beaches are just a few minutes away by car. Restaurants and markets are very close by. The apartment is spacious and bright with a large 40 m² terrace. The terrace overlooks greenery and offers plenty of privacy. The two bedrooms with double beds are large and equipped with air conditioning. I live on the ground floor and am always available for any needs.

Cucina abitabile, due camere matrimoniali, di cui una con bagno privato, 1 camera con due letti, bagno con doccia. Patio coperto attrezzato per consumare i pasti e soggiornare all'aperto. Doccia esterna, barbecue portatile, posto auto all'interno della proprietà.

Casa accogliente e dotata di tutti i confort

La casa è situata nel centro storico di Sant'antioco e si sviluppa in due piani. Al piano terra si trova la zona giorno con divano, TV e cucina con di tutti gli elettrodomestici (Frigorifero, fornetto). Inoltre e' presente un cortile con ampio barbeque e tavolo e sedie per pranzi e cene all'aperto. Al primo piano si trovano le due camere da letto e il bagno completo di lavabo, vaso, bidet, box doccia e lavatrice.
